Admin Non Food Vertical
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the vendor management team with operational tasks.
- Process, track and coordinate incoming queries and support requests
- Be a player in maintaining the satisfaction of our vendor partners
- Guarantee the administrative follow-up of our vendors partners
- Improve current processes (tools, internal methods).
- Coordinating with a content team with gaps in content and aid in enriching content.
- Coordinating with vendors for required information.
- Must have excellent MS Excel skills, analytical and confident with reporting & data.
Qualification:
- Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in use of MS office presentations and excel.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes with limited direct supervision
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College
