Sales Administrator, Egypt
Main Accountabilities
- Handle clients´ daily inquiries
- Create and communicate price offers to clients
- Book contracts and ensure signature of contracts
- Communicate customer requirements (documents, labels, shipments, etc.) to BLC production facilities
- Handle import related matters with internal and external parties
- Regularly monitor and update sales forecast and shipment schedules
- Arrange sample requests in coordination with A&TS
- Create and update sales opportunities in Salesforce
- Handle clients´ QA requests
- Pro-actively monitor clients’ payments

- Experience managing customers
- Commercial sense and business knowledge
- Service mindset, knowledge of how to provide high level customer service
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics
- Team player

Good knowledge of IT systems
Education/Experience
Minimum 5-year Experience In Logistics Or Sales
Business or logistics degree
Fluent in English (Verbal and written)
