Internship – Customer Operations
Jon Role:
S/he will help building, tracking and managing the customer promise charter and delivery experience satisfaction for Jumia Food to deliver a superior customer experience and create obsession on promise compliance within the team.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and improve all aspects of customer promise:
- Provide support on development and implementation of proactive plans to enhance the customer’s experience on promises made by Jumia
- Support on monitoring and improving all lead-times and SLAs for consistency and accuracy
- Continuously help to improve the promise guidelines and the service recovery process
- Contribute on daily performance steering and Root Cause Analysis
Requirements:
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills required.
- Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism.
- Demonstrates acceptance of responsibility, shows pride in work performed,
- demonstrates flexibility and acceptance of assignments and schedules.
- Maintains professional behavior and appearance. Exhibits dependability.
Technical Requirements:
- An ideal candidate would experience on CXP projects or business operations
- Top Business / Engineering Schools and Universities
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Minimum BSC degree in any field
