Junior Customer Marketing Manager

Job Purpose
- Responsible for driving execution across trade channels , core range assessment & optimization promotion strategies, customer shelving and distribution/range strategic approach and guidelines for each trade channel to unlock brands growth priorities and innovation
- Accountable to deliver on Innovation, Performance and Trust objectives to include: achieving New product launches (innovation) targets, growing our brands ahead of the categories we compete in, the delivery of P&L for assigned brands.
- Works cross-functionally with Marketing & Sales & Supply Chain to drive the flawless execution agenda
- Demonstrates GSK values and expectations to drive actions and decisions, role model values and expectations
Basic Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- University Degree
- Maximum 2-3 years of working experience in sales & customer management & trade channel management
- Diversified regional and trade channel experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Numeracy and finance skills
- Strong commercial understanding/experience
Preferred Qualifications
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- French Language speaker is a plus to have
