Responsibilities
1-Ensure 1st Level service quality surveillance and alarm handling and problem escalation & restoration
2-Ensure Trouble Ticket, follow-up, and work order Handling
3-Prioritize actioning as per the severity
4-Report preparation & Circulation
5-Ensure closure of Trouble Ticket
6-Correct Network outage capturing and update the report
7-Compliance on Alarm escalations as per defined guidelines
Qualification
1-Good knowledge in Radio GSM and RAN along with Basic call flow of 2G/3G/4G networks
2-Good knowledge about network operation center processes and interfaces.
3-Knowledge of Various Alarms and their impacts on the network
4-Knowledge of RAN Ericsson NMS and tools like Citrix,Winfiol and OSS RC and TT tools such as OWS is added benefit
5-Basic Knowledge of Ericsson BTS like RBS600 and BSC architecture.
6- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ( communication / IT / Computer Science )
7-0-3 years of experience
