Job Description:
- Making sure each department meets the needs of their clients and customers.
- Handling customer complaints, finding solutions to their issues, and maintaining a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures.
- Working with all team members including social media specialists, graphic designers, web designers, media buyers, and content creators to facilitate a smooth workflow.
- Communicating plans to the clients to get feedback and make all required updates through emails, phone calls, and visits to the clients’ offices.
- Following up and ensuring approved plans are executed efficiently and on time.
- Writing proposals for new potential customers.
- Upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Building and maintaining good professional business relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent English and Arabic (Writing and Speaking)
- Solid background about marketing services and trends.
- Organization skills and multi-tasking are essential for this job.
- High communication skills.
- Commitment and integrity
