Job Summary:
As a People Ops Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring employees’ records are complying with labour and insurance laws as well as MaxAB internal policy.
Job Description:
- Maintain a variety of employment files and records
- Maintain and update employee records consisting of benefits records, employment history records and existing employment status
- Processes new employees, employee terminations, leaves of absence, and other personnel actions, using appropriate forms
- Filing forms 1, 2 and 6
- Maintains confidential examination and applicant files
- Explains department personnel policies and benefits to new employees
- Assists in the statement of employment or notice of appointment contracts
- Act as a mentor for the department’s new hires when needed
Requirements:
- Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (law and human resources are a plus)
- 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in personnel
- Excellent knowledge of labour law
- Very good command of the English language
- Preferable:
- FMCG Background
