Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with regulatory authorities, research houses, and media.
- Responsible for submitting disclosure requirements in a consistent and timely manner.
- Respond to shareholders’ inquiries regarding stock performance and the company’s strategic plans.
- Prepares quarterly earnings releases by analyzing the financial position of the company in different segments.
- Attend meetings with investors, funds, and other institutions promoting the stock.
- Update the corporate website on a frequent basis.
- Prepare all corporate presentations for investors, clients, and strategic meetings.
- Guide with corporate governance best practices.
- Handle all corporate communications with legal advisors for all Group companies.
- Assess new Investment opportunities in collaboration with Group’s Investment Committee.
Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related fields.
- from 1-3 years of experience in this position.
- professional user of Microsoft office programs.
- analytical, presentation, and report-writing skills.
