Job Role:
● Responsible for managing and cultivating strong relationships with prospective accounts such as Therapists.
Responsibilities
● Manage affiliate relations, communication, and recruitment for therapists
● Acquire new therapists (headhunting and selection from joining requests)
● Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with therapists to gain an understanding of their businesses.
● Being the point of contact with the Therapists and receiving all requirements and ideas
● Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, and quality standards are met internally and externally
● Ensure that therapists’ activity is monitored and performance is analyzed properly on a monthly basis
● Continually motivating Therapists to perform better
● Proactive advice to guide traffic direction
● Provide solutions and assistance to Therapists and motivate them to provide maximum exposure and revenues
● Write business plans for all current and possible medical business opportunities
Qualifications:
Area of knowledge:
● Marketing skills.
● Business Administration
● Psychology background
Technical skills:
● Very good at written and verbal communication
● Project/s Management Skills.
● Time Management Skills.
● MS professional skills.
● Email writing and Email marketing skills.
