Job Role:
You will be part of the Operations team, who works together to improve the working environment and business processes of MQR. The main aim is to develop operational capacities, strengthen customer relationships and ensure consistent growth in revenue.
Requirements:
- No less than 2 years of experience in Operations and Sales.
- Strong in communication and enjoy dealing with different backgrounds.
- Factors to succeed in Operations: you need to be well organized, detail-oriented, and hold knowledge/practice on Crisis Management.
- Being people-oriented will help you win team & customers.
- Background on Finance is a plus, to help you in reading and analyzing branch financial performance.
- Microsoft office/Google Knowledge.
- Extras – Familiar with startup environment and its requirements.
